- Managed global infrastructure transition/transformation portfolio, programs through deploying and implementing Service Delivery Strategies, improving customer service quality results by Analyzing, Evaluating, and Re-Designing processes, establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring, and analyzing results.
- Responsible for delivery of professional services as specified in the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with end customers, managing warranty terms, and SLA according to the contractual scope. Negotiate SLA exceptions / amendments.
